An app concept designed to help users close the loop one item at a time by connecting them with meaningful opportunities to donate, recycle, or repurpose their unwanted goods.
Problem
According to research, 54% of Americans feel overwhelmed by the amount of clutter they have and another 78% say they do not know what to do with the items. In the process of going through their clutter, deciding what to keep or move along, individuals reach decision-fatigue before they can even decide what to do with the unwanted items.
Many people in this situation do not utilize the abundance of organizations that offer recycling, donation, and disposition programs, due to a lack of awareness. There is no one resource that identifies all the resources and organizations for responsible disposition.
